Ross M. Leonardi

Ross Leonardi joined Zinober, Diana & Monteverde, P.A. in 2019 as an attorney in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Ross is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on the areas of construction defect and construction lien disputes, securities litigation and arbitration, commercial litigation, and first-party insurance disputes. Ross’s litigation experience spans Florida state and federal courts, as well as arbitral forums, including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Ross joined Zinober, Diana & Monteverde, P.A. from a national law firm, where his primary focus was the representation of some of the world’s largest broker-dealers in securities litigation. There he garnered extensive experience defending FINRA customer disputes concerning various financial products and issues. From this, Ross gained valuable insight into the perspective and strategy of the brokerage firms involved in such disputes, which he now utilizes on behalf of the aggrieved investors he represents.

Ross is a double graduate of University of Miami, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance in 2008 and Juris Doctor degree in 2011, graduating cum laude. Ross is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida, as well as the Southern District of Florida.
