David Hildreth

David Hildreth is based in the Tampa Bay region practicing primarily in the areas of first party insurance defense and general liability. An experienced civil litigator, Mr. Hildreth prides himself on his knowledge of the law, attention to detail, and comfort in the courtroom in order to provide robust representation to a wide variety of clients. Mr. Hildreth’s approach to litigation involves analyzing matters from every angle and developing case-specific strategies that are tailored to provide the most advantageous outcomes to his clients. Representing clients ranging from multinational insurance carriers to local small business owners, he lives by the philosophy that every client matters, and all cases are important.

In his free time, Mr. Hildreth enjoys traveling with his fiancée, woodworking, and spending time with his two beagles, Theo and Penny.
