Meaghan E. Fernandez

Meaghan E. Fernandez is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator for Civil and Family Law cases. She has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and over the past 14 years, she has handled claims involving personal injury, first- and third-party property disputes, general civil litigation, foreclosures, and actions on promissory notes in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts.She graduated with honors from Purdue University and received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. She interned at the Sixth Judicial Circuit in the Family Law Division, and also served as a Teaching Assistant for Trial Advocacy. Meaghan has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2008, and she is also a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. In her free time, she also volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem in Hillsborough County. Meaghan lives in South Tampa with her husband and two children.
