Biography
Meaghan E. Fernandez has over ten years of experience in all stages of civil litigation in state and federal courts, and her areas of practice include premises liability defense and first and third party property disputes. Prior to working with Zinober Diana & Monteverde, P.A., Ms. Fernandez was a senior litigation associate at a prominent, national defense firm where she handled general liability claims involving auto accidents, personal injury, and premises liability cases. She also has prior litigation experience in foreclosure actions and actions on promissory notes. Ms. Fernandez is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit civil and family law mediator.
