Alex Casella

Alex Casella was born in Teaneck New Jersey, but raised in Hollywood, Florida. He graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School. He furthered his education at University of Miami’s School of Business where he obtained a B.B.A. in Accounting with a minor in Business Law. Inspired by the university’s curriculum, Alex decided to attend law school at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.

During his time in law school, Alex decided to audition for his law school’s Mock Trial Team where he earned a position on the team, and participated in several competitions. In addition to joining his law school’s Mock Trial Team, Alex participated in his law school’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program where free tax preparation services are provided for the underserved through various partner organizations.

Mr. Casella worked at Hightower, Straton, Novigrod, & Kantor in Miami, Florida gaining invaluable knowledge and experience in civil litigation.

Alex completed a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediation Program becoming a Certified County Mediator in the state of Florida. Alex is admitted to the Florida Bar and to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He practices insurance defense. He balances his lifestyle by spending time with friends and family, and engaging in hobbies such as bowling and model building.
