Tera L. Radigan

Tera L. Radigan is a Partner in the firm’s St. Petersburg office. She practices primarily first and third-party personal injury defense litigation, including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and wrongful death.

Tera was born and raised in Michigan, and began her legal career as a paralegal with a prominent plaintiff’s personal injury firm. She attended Michigan State University, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005. Tera went on to graduate Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 2008. She began her career with a plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Sarasota, Florida, but quickly realized that defending clients in personal injury litigation was a better fit, and has spent the majority of her career as an insurance defense litigator. Tera is proud to have worked with and for some of the largest insurance companies in the country, and defended some of the kindest, most humble individuals and small businesses after an unfortunate accident.

When she is not working, Tera enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, and their two German Shepherds.
