Kimberly A. Potter
Biography
Kimberly A. Potter is a civil litigator who graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in December of 2000. After clerking for a federal magistrate judge, she entered private practice where she has litigated first party insurance cases, general liability matters, nursing home cases, medical and professional malpractice matters. While not just engaged in litigation, Ms. Potter has handled various commercial related issues including drafting agreements on behalf of commercial clients. She currently serves on the editorial board for a defense publication, Trial Advocate, and has published numerous legal articles. In her spare time, she enjoys running marathons, playing various musical instruments including piano and guitar, and spending time with her family.
