Martin G. Mena
Biography
I am an Ecuadorian national fluent in Spanish and English. I received my Bachelors degree in political science from the University of South Florida in 2019 and obtained my Juris Doctor from the Florida State State University College of Law in 2022. During my time as a student of higher education I maintained myself a member of the labor force in a wide range of industries and roles, dealing with retail, political campaigns, residential management, support services and before graduating from Florida State I worked as a teaching assistant for the J.M. program in the International Sanctions Course as well as Healthcare Payer-Provider Relationships. During my time at Florida State I also participated in the Immigration and Farm Workers Project as part of the clinic programs offered by the College of Law. Today I find myself in the realm of commercial litigation, a demanding and fast paced area of the law that has proven to be the perfect place to hone in those technical and personal skills that for a long time convinced those around me and eventually myself that I should be an attorney.
