Rochelle Bailey


Rochelle Bailey joined Zinober, Diana & Monteverde, P.A. in 2021 as an Associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale office. She currently focuses her practice on first party property litigation.

Rochelle earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. Here, she participated on FSU's Mock Trial Team as well as the Black Law Student Association's Mock Trial Team. While in law school, Rochelle worked in Family Law through FSU's Gender and Family Justice Clinic and spent a summer studying at Oxford University in Oxford, England. During her second year, Rochelle clerked at the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. She then went on to be a Certified Legal Intern at the Broward County State Attorney's Office in the Juvenile Division.

Rochelle is a South Florida Native who enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
